His initial training at Universidad Central de Venezuela laid a solid foundation, but his quest for advanced knowledge led him to New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. There, he was honored to join the prestigious NYU Dental Faculty Practice, a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication.
Dr. Esparragoza’s journey didn’t stop at NYU. He further honed his expertise with specialized training in general dentistry at the University of Florida and advanced sedation techniques at UCLA. His commitment to innovative dentistry is evident in his extensive training in full-mouth rehabilitation and endodontics.
He is a proud member of esteemed organizations such as the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Esparragoza blends state-of-the-art techniques with a warm, patient-centred approach, making every visit a positive experience.

Dr. Jorge Fornaris brings a blend of precision and passion to our practice as a dental implant specialist. Originally from Holguin, Cuba, Dr. Fornaris moved to Miami with his family at the age of 16, embarking on a journey that would shape his remarkable career.
Dr. Fornaris’s educational background includes a degree in molecular biology from the University of South Florida, followed by a dental degree from the University of Connecticut. Graduating at the top of his class, he was awarded the Robert G. Levine Award for “Outstanding Student,” a reflection of his dedication and skill.
His advanced training includes specialized residencies and courses in oral sedation, implant surgery, and bone grafting, ensuring he’s at the forefront of dental innovation. Dr. Fornaris is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
He combines cutting-edge techniques with a genuine passion for patient care, making each visit a seamless and comfortable experience. When not in the office, Dr. Fornaris enjoys boating and fishing, connecting with nature, and unwinding from his busy schedule.
Dr. Eitan Gross is our Ivy League-educated Dentist Anesthesiologist, bringing a unique blend of expertise and care to our team. Dr. Gross earned his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he excelled academically and worked with medically compromised patients.
His extensive training continued at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, where he completed his anesthesiology residency, gaining invaluable experience in both critical care and mobile anesthesia.
Dr. Gross’s residency included rotations in internal medicine and pediatric medicine, ensuring a well-rounded approach to anesthesia. He is board-certified in Dental Anesthesiology and holds additional certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS. This extensive training allows him to provide safe and effective anesthesia tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Gross enjoys travelling, scuba diving, and spending quality time with his family. His balanced approach to life and work reflects his commitment to providing exceptional care while maintaining a fulfilling personal life.
